Terms of Service

• Account Security: You must provide accurate registration and personal information. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and all activities under your account.
• Prohibition of Account Sharing: Your premium subscription is strictly personal to you. Credential sharing, distributing account access, or allowing multiple users to log in under a single subscription is explicitly prohibited. We reserve the right to terminate accounts found in violation of this clause immediately without a refund.

• Payment Processing: All payments are processed securely through PayPal. We do not store your credit card or PayPal credentials on our servers.
• Automatic Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled before the renewal date.

• Cancellation Timing: Subscribers may cancel their subscription at any time via their account dashboard or their PayPal management portal.
• 14-Day Free Trial Policy: Your initial subscription includes a fourteen (14) day free trial period. If you cancel within these first 14 days, your premium access will terminate immediately, and you will not be charged. Because no payment is taken during the free trial, no refunds are applicable.
• First Billing and No Refunds: If you do not cancel within the 14-day free trial period, your selected payment method will automatically be charged for the first billing cycle. Once this charge occurs, all payments are final. No full, partial, or prorated refunds will be issued for any active billing cycle.
• Paid Access After Cancellation: Upon cancellation after the free trial period, you will retain uninterrupted access to all premium content until the end of your current paid billing period. At that point, your subscription will terminate and all subsequent recurring charges will cease.

• Original Content Ownership: All music, video lessons, prepared digital materials (including PDFs, music notation, and tablatures), and audio files (including MP3, WAV, or other formats) are the exclusive property of Chanan Guitar.
• Limited License: Subscribers are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and download materials for personal, private educational use only.
• Prohibited Uses: You may not copy, redistribute, resell, upload to other platforms, share account access, or commercially exploit any materials or videos from this Site.

• Our free lessons contain embedded video content hosted by YouTube. By viewing these videos, you also agree to comply with YouTube’s Terms of Service. We are not responsible for any technical issues, availability problems, or data practices associated with YouTube.

• Tuition Rates and Advance Payment: Private online guitar tuition is billed based on our current rates at the time of scheduling or renewal. To secure regular scheduling allocations, all private tuition fees must be paid in full exactly one (1) month in advance of the scheduled lesson block.
• 24-Hour Cancellation Notice Required: To reschedule or cancel a booked lesson, you must provide written notice at least twenty-four (24) hours prior to the agreed session start time. Cancellations made with at least 24 hours' notice are eligible for a rescheduled makeup session, subject to instructor availability.
• Late Cancellations and No-Shows: Any cancellation or rescheduling request submitted with less than 24 hours' notice will result in the immediate forfeiture of that lesson fee, and no makeup session or refund will be provided.
• Punctuality and Attendance: Lessons will commence at the exact scheduled time and will not extend past the designated booking window to accommodate late arrivals. If a student fails to attend the virtual lesson environment within fifteen (15) minutes of the scheduled start time, the session will be marked as a forfeit, and the fee is non-refundable.

• The Site and all educational materials are provided "as-is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee specific musical progress or technical proficiency. In no event shall we be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or off-site lessons.

• These Terms, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. You agree that the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any disputes.
